We typically process your order within 1 business day. So if you place your order on Tuesday, we will make every effort to have the delivery truck pick it up on Wednesday. We only ship on weekdays, i.e. Monday thru Friday.

For US addresses:

We will ship your order using either UPS or the US Postal Service. The shipping charge is calculated by our shopping cart based on the shipping address zip code, the weight, and the physical size of your shipment.

UPS offers several types of delivery service:

UPS Ground (usually the least expensive)
Next Day Air
2nd Day air
3 Day Select

UPS Ground delivers on weekdays only (Monday thru Friday).

When we ship your order you will receive a shipment confirmation by email that will have your tracking number.

The estimated transit time for packages shipped via UPS Ground is:

2-3 Business Days for the East Coast
3-5 Business Days for the Midwest/Central US
5-8 Business Days for the West Coast

Canada Addresses:   If you would like an order delivered in Canada, please contact one of our retail stores located in Canada to make your purchase. They will ship your order to you.
